If your item arrives faulty, misprinted, damaged, or isn't what you ordered, email us at andywillmott@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement — no need to send it back.

If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we'll sort a reship.

Every Mad Threads piece is literally made to order just for you, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection — please check our size guide before ordering.
