All our products are Print On Demand.
What this means is that they are literally made for you.
It allows me to create new designs easily and not have to buy a bunch of stock in bulk in various sizes that may not get sold.
There are a network of fulfilment centers around the world in all major countries, so when you place your order and select a delivery address, the job gets sent to the factory nearest that address (provided stock is on hand).
Using this process means you have to allow for a few things:
- It may take a few more days to receive your product than if we had them ready to ship.
- We cannot take returns, as we don't keep stock, so you need to make sure you check sizing.
- Occasionally there are printing issues.
But I am here to make sure you're happy with your purchase.
If there are any print or production issues I will get them re made for you.
Please do check sizes carefully though, as I cannot return them to the factory unless there is a defect.
Also when selecting sizes, remember sometimes there is a little shrinkage in T-shirt stock in the wash. Especially if you use a hot wash. So please read the care instructions.
